Study Centre Circular Head offers a dedicated space for study - free from distractions that might be present at home or at work.

Our staff have strong education and industry links that will help you to achieve your educational goals.

Who We Are

Located in the former Agritas building on Nelson Street in Smithton, Study Centre Circular Head has been created to support a large network of university and VET students in the Circular Head region.  It ensures that students can remain connected to their community and can stay and study locally – accessing vital education pathways on a campus facility in our own backyard.

Study Centre Circular Head is an initiative of Study Hub West Coast – the only Regional University Centre in Tasmania. Successfully created in 2019 through the Commonwealth funded Regional University Centres program, Study Hub West Coast not only provides essential academic support network for students, it also offers training opportunities in a range of areas to ensure our community can access training needs locally.

We recognize that learning via distance is hard and understand that it can be difficult to do it alone.  It’s especially hard if you haven’t studied for a long time or finished school early and haven’t returned to further education until now.

Study Centre Circular Head offers a dedicated space for study – free from distractions that might be present at home or at work.  Our staff have strong education and industry links that will help you to achieve your educational goals.
