THANKYOU AVEBURY NICKEL MINE

Study Centre Circular Head and Rosebery District School would like to say a giant thankyou to Avebury Nickel Mine, located on Trial Harbour Road just outside Zeehan.

After lying dormant for the past 13 years, the Avebury Nickel Mine is restarting, coming out of care & maintenance and going back into full production.

Avebury generously donated $1000 toward the Rosebery District School Agriculture Week to kit the kids out in wet weather gear including gumboots and biosecurity suits. On top of that, Avebury also donated a number of steel capped safety gumboots to the school.

We are very thankful for their generous contribution and feel blessed to have such community spirit supporting our outreach activities for continued learning in the region.
